摘  要:目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶-7(MMP-7)和组织抑制因子-2(TIMP-2)表达与遗传性非息肉病性大肠癌(HNPCC)侵袭转移的关系。方法应用免疫组化染色法检测遗传性非息肉病性大肠癌(HNPCC)肿瘤组织石蜡标本30例、正常大肠黏膜石蜡标本28例。观察其MMP-7和TIMP-2表达的差异;并结合临床病理资料综合分析。结果MMP-7和TIMP-2的表达与HNPCC的性别、肿瘤大小和部位无关,而与肿瘤侵犯深度和转移密切相关;两组中MMP-7、TIMP-2的表达率差异显著;且MMP-7与TIMP-2表达呈负相关。结论MMP-7和TIMP-2在遗传性非息肉病性大肠癌组织中的表达明显高于正常大肠黏膜组织;并且MMP-7和TIMP-2的表达和肿瘤的侵袭有关。Objective To investigate the correlation of matrix metaltoproteinase-7(MMP-7) and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-2 (TIMP-2) expression with biological behaviours of human hereditary nonpolyposis eolorectal cancer(HNPCC). Methods The expressions of MMP-7 and TIMP-2 protein were detected by immunohistochemical staining in tumors tissue including 30 cases of HNPCC and 28 cases of normal colorectal mucous membrane. And their clinical data were studied retrospectively. Results The positive expression rates of MMP-7 and TIMP-2 were significantly related to the depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis,but not to the sex and the size or position of the tumour. The difference of positive expression rate of MMP-7 and TIMP-2 were remarkable between in HNPCC. The expression of MMP-7 had a negative correlation with TIMP-2 in HNPCC. Conclusion The expressions of MMP-7 and TIMP-2 protein in the HNPCC group are significantly higher than that of the normal groups. There were association between the expressions of MMP-7 and TIMP-2 protein and the cancer invasion.
