摘　　要：目的总结不施行腭侧注射麻醉在拔除老年人上颌牙齿中的可行性。方法选择300例因临床需要拔除上颌牙齿的患者为研究对象,将其随机分为试验组200例和对照组100例。治疗时分别采用新的上颌局部麻醉方法和传统治疗方法,对麻醉效果进行分析比较。结果(1)试验组与对照组麻药注射时疼痛明显的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)实验组与对照组在拔牙手术时疼痛差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用新的上颌局麻方法具有操作简单易行、省时,减少腭侧不良反应的特点。Objective To summarize the feasibility of upper mandible anesthesia on tooth extraction without anesthetizing palatine side in old people. Methods 300 old people needed extracting upper mandible tooth/teeth were randomly divided into two groups：experimental group（200 cases）and control group（100 cases）. The experimental group was only anesthetized on malar side while the control group was anesthetized with conventional anesthesia method. Anesthetic Effects of the two groups were compared. Results （1） There was statistic significance in pain during anesthetics injection between the two groups（P〈0.05）. （2）But there was no difference in pain during tooth/teeth extraction. Conclusion The new up mandible anesthesia has the features of simplicity,time-saving and few side effects.
