摘　　要：目的适应现代军事医学的发展,探讨《军事医学统计学》教材建设,并对其使用效果进行测评。方法基于现代医学教育的理念,结合军事医学的需要,对教材的框架、内容进行了全面的改革。结果强调了统计学方法在医学实际中的应用条件、应用过程,注重统计学结果对医学临床的解释,强调统计学软件的应用,弱化数学公式的推导和计算的具体过程。结论通过近8年的教学实践和不断改进,并结合测评的结果,表明该教材切合现代统计学的发展趋势,体现了军事特色,获得了中国人民解放军总后勤部"精品教材"的称号。Objective To explore the viewpoints of writing the textbook of military medical statistics that can be suitable to the situation of modern medicine. Methods Based on the modern medical education theory and the need of military medicine,the frame and the contents of the textbook were reformed. Results The emphas puted is on the application conditions and the procedure of the statistical methods. The clinical meaning of statistical results and the contents of software puted into the textbook. The contents of mathematical procedure of the formula was reduced. Conclusion After 8 years education practice,the textbook is suitable to the situation of the modern medicine.
