摘 要:研究了不同条件下麦秸经Candida Cylindracea酵母产脂肪酶处理后表面自由能的变化规律。结果表明,当处理条件为:酶用量7.5kIU/g(对麦秸),温度50℃,时间8h,pH值7.5,麦秸表面自由能提高了28%左右。分析了脂肪酶处理前后麦秸外表面、麦秸正己烷抽提物的红外光谱变化,对比了脂肪酶处理前后麦秸表面的显微结构图像,结果显示,脂肪酶脱除麦秸外表面亲脂类物质层,暴露出其中的木质素和聚糖类物质,改善了水对麦秸的可及性,提高了麦秸的表面自由能。The change in the surface free energy of wheat straw was investigated after it was treated using Candida Cylindracea yeast lipases under different conditions. It was found the surface free energy of wheat straw increased by 28% under the optimum condition, lipases dosage 7.5 klU/g (wheat straw), temperature 50~C, treatment time 8 h, pH 7.5. The results obtained by means of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy of the external surface of native and treated wheat straw and of extractives from them by n-hexane indicate that C. Cylindracea yeast lipases could remove the cuticular lipophilic extractives on the wheat straw, expose the lignin and polysaccharides in them, improve the accessibility of water to wheat straw and increase their surface free energy. The photos by scanning electron microscopy of the external surface of native and treated wheat straw provide clear evidence for the removal of lipophilic extractives by lipases.
