摘　　要：心理健康教育有其独特的价值追求。心理健康教育的根本目的是培养心理和谐的人,心理健康教育要彰显出对人的生命的尊重与关怀。心理健康教育的实践趋向一方面要使心理健康教育实现目标、内容和策略的统一,另一方面应充分发挥学校在心理健康教育实施中的主导作用。Mental health education has its own unique pursuit of value. The fundamental purpose of mental health education is to train psychologically harmonious people. Mental health education should highlight the lives of people out of respect and caring. On the one hand, the practice trends of mental health education are to achieve the unity of objectives, content, and strategy. On the other hand, the school should be encouraged to play a leading role in the implementation of mental health education.
