青岛市非物质文化遗产的传承与保护

摘　　要：2006年青岛市成功申报了民间文学、民间音乐、民间舞蹈、民间美术、戏曲等10类27项国家级、省级、市级非物质文化遗产。由于对非物质文化遗产的重要性认识不够,传承渠道不畅,与教育脱节,缺乏对民族文化资源价值评估等原因,青岛市保护、传承非物质文化遗产工作面临严峻的形势,为此应加快非物质文化遗产保护的法制化进程、加强理论研究与宣传教育、构建有效的保护与发展非物质文化遗产的教育形式、发展特色民俗旅游促进优秀民俗文化传承、加强国际国内交流合作等保护非物质文化遗产的措施。In 2006, the Qingdao City successfully declared 27 types of national, provincial or city-level intangible cultural heritage, which belongs to 10 sorts, such as folk literature, folk music, folk dance, folk art, Chinese drama and etc. The situation of inheritance and protection of the intangible culture heritage of Qingdao is serious because of neglecting the importance of the intangible culture heritage, the inherit means of the intangible culture heritage is blocked and disjointed with education, and the lack of the value assessment of the national cultural resources and so on. To protect the intangible culture heritage of Qingdao, some effective countermeasures should be taken, such as promoting the legalized protecting process of intangible culture heritage, strengthening theoretical research and publicity, constructing effective educating fashion of protecting and developing intangible culture heritage, carrying out characteristic folk tourism, and strengthening interna- tional cooperation.
