摘　　要：介绍了小型面粉厂的短粉路工艺改造。工艺改造的重点是清理工艺和制粉工艺:使用压力着水机2次喷雾着水、用打板增强打麦效果、配备足够松粉机弥补短粉路的缺陷。同时建议在小型面粉厂改造中,应考虑中路刷麸,以扩大产量。Introduced the small flour mill short flour road craft transformation.
