摘　　要：作者通过对医药和生物制品生产中使用的脉动真空高压蒸汽灭菌器的工作原理、结构特点和灭菌性能进行检验、检测和验证,总结了灭菌设备先进的设计理念、安全保障,为医药和生物制品生产的安全有效性提供科学依据。验证结果表明:脉动式真空高压蒸汽灭菌器灭菌运行周期短、安全性能强、灭菌质量稳定可靠。The author has summarized sterilization equipment with regard to advanced designing concepts,security precautions,by testing,measuring and inspecting pulsating high-pressure steam sterilizer of vacuum that has been applied in the production of pharmaceuticals and biological products,concerning its working mechanism,structure features,and sterilization performance,offering a scientific basis for security and validity in production of medicines and biological products.It is proven in the result：The pulsation type high-pressure steam sterilizer sterilization of vacuum operates in short cycle,reliable in safe performance,steady in sterilization quality.
