适合基层医院开展的非超乳小切口囊外白内障摘除术

摘　　要：目的通过比较同为植入PMMA晶体的非超乳小切口囊外白内障摘除术与超声乳化白内障吸除术,探讨更适合基层医院开展的手术方法。方法随机抽取110例白内障患者,其中非超乳小切口69例,超声乳化吸除术41例。对比观察2种手术术后视力及角膜散光及手术成本。结果非超乳小切口囊外白内障摘除术和超声乳化白内障吸除术在术后视力、角膜散光方面均无显著差异,而手术成本非超乳小切口囊外白内障摘除术明显低于超声乳化白内障吸除术。结论非超乳小切口囊外白内障摘除术更适合基层医院推广使用。Objective To study which method is more suitable for the basic Hospitals,nonphacoemulsifieation small incision extra capsular cataract extaction（ECCE） with PMMA lens implantation or phacoemuisification.Methods 110 cases selected randomly were used to the study.69 patients（69 eyes）lind nonphacoemulsification small incision ECCE,and the other 41 patients（41 eyes）had phacoemulsification. All the cases had PMMA lens implantation.The visual acuity,cornea astigmatism and the oprerative costs of these two types of methods were compared.Results There is no significant difference between these two methods in visual acuity and cornea astigmatism.While the cost of nonphacoemuisification small incision ECCE is far less than phacoemulsifieation.Conclusion Nonphacoemulsification small incision extra capsular cataract extaction（ECCE）is more suitable for the basic hospitals.
