肿瘤切除对肺癌患者外周血淋巴细胞表型影响的研究

摘　　要：为探讨肿瘤切除对肺癌患者抗肿瘤免疫活性的影响，用间接免疫荧光染色流式细胞计数分析技术检测了３６例肺癌患者外周血淋巴细胞表型和ＮＫ细胞的治疗变化。结果患者ＣＤ３、ＣＤ４细胞、ＮＫ细胞数量及ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８比值均低于正常对照，ＣＤ２０细胞增多。手术切除肿瘤后，肺癌无转移的患者ＣＤ３、ＣＤ４细胞、ＮＫ细胞数量及ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８明显增高，接近正常水平，肿瘤有转移的病例ＮＫ细胞升高较少，与术前无统计学差异。提示肿瘤无转移的患者免疫抑制轻，其预后好于己有转移的患者。おおo observe the cellular immunologic status of the patients with lung cancer,T.B lymphocyte subset and NK cell of 36 patients and 30 normal controls were measured with indirect immunofluorecent straning and flow cytometry technique.The results shows that CD3,CD4,CD4/CD8 and NK cell of the patients were significantly lower than these of the controls,and CD20 cells was increased.After carcinectory the number of CD3,CD4,CD4/CD8 and NK cells in 17 cases with no metastasis were higher than these,such changes in the patients with cancer metastasis were no found.It is suggested that immune injure of patient with early staged lung carcinoma is light,and the prognosis is better than that of late staged.
