摘 要:对目前强度最高的PVDF涂层聚酯纤维建筑织物膜材——法拉利1502型进行了一系列力学性能试验研究,主要包括:四种不同宽度搭接焊缝试件的单向拉伸试验、膜材的反复加载试验和徐变试验.单向拉伸试验得到了焊缝的破坏形态、应力-应变曲线、极限强度和断裂延伸率.反复加载试验得到了膜材在往返荷载作用下的应力-应变曲线和弹性模量(弹性刚度).徐变试验得到了徐变量与加载时间(6小时)之间的变化曲线,表明徐变对膜的裁剪设计具有重要影响.本研究对法拉利1502型膜材在实际工程中的应用有重要参考价值.A series of experiments have been carried out for the high-strength PVDF/PES fabric Ferrari 1502. The first sets of experiments are the uniaxial tensile for the welded seams of four lapped widths. The stress-strain curves, the broken style, the ultimate strength and the broken elongation ratio, are thus obtained for the corresponding membrane. The characteristics of the membrane subjected to the cyclic loading are tested to determine the elastic modulus (elastic stiffness) from the cycling stress-strain curves. Finally, the curves between the loading time (six hours) and the creep are plotted through the creep experiments. The results show that the effect of creep should be taken into account on the cutting design of membrane structures. The experiments are valuable to the applications of Ferrari 1502 in the practical engineering.
