BLB种植体修复个别牙在临床的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨BLB种植系统修复个别牙缺失的临床疗效。方法:用BLB种植系统对50例患者进行种植义齿修复。其中前牙区19例,后牙区31例。结果:经过3个月～2年的临床观察,无一例种植义齿修复失败,功能状态良好,患者满意。X线可见牙槽骨发生部分吸收,在国际成功标准规定的范围内。结论:规范而精确的种植技术,严格的适应证选择,合理的修复设计以及良好口腔卫生保持是种植义齿修复成功的重要保证。其远期疗效尚需进一步的随访观察。Objective： To study the clinic effects of BLB implant system in restoration the individual missing tooth.Methods： 50 patients were repaired by implant denture,including 19 cases in anterior teeth area and 31 cases in posterior teeth area.Results： Through following up for 3 month to 2 years,no one implant denture cases was failed.And it function were all in better status,patients were all satisfied.Partly obsorbed of alveolar was in the range of international success standard that seen from the X-ray.Conclusion： standard and accurate implant techinique,strictly indication choice,reasonable prosthetic design and keeping good oral hygiene is key to success of implant denture.
