肺癌术后乳糜胸的防治体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨肺癌术后并发乳糜胸的预防和治疗。方法;回顾性分析自2004年起1073例行肺癌根治性手术的病人,术中采取有针对性的预防措施,以及术后并发乳糜胸的治疗方法。结果:术后发生乳糜胸4例(0.37%),较2004年前(1.04%)减少,4例均行保守治疗治愈。结论:肺癌根治性手术中采取有针对性的预防措施后,术后发生乳糜胸明显减少,保守治疗可以治愈。Objective： To investigate prevention and treatment of chylothorax following up the operation of the lung cancer.Methods： Retrospective analysis of 1 073 cases since 2004 from the routine of the radical surgery of lung cancer patients,in a targeted operation to take preventive measures,as well as the treatment with the chylothorax after the operation.Results： There were four （0.37%） chylothorax cases occurred after operation,the rate was reduced comparing with the previous 2004 （1.04%）,and 4 cases were cured after conservative treatment.Conclusion： The chylothorax could decrease significantly,if we adopted targeted prevention measures during the radical surgery of lung cancer,and the chylothorax can be cured by the conservative treatment.
