聚维酮碘腹腔双套管冲洗在肠瘘患者中的应用与护理

摘　　要：总结11例肠瘘患者采用0.5%聚维酮碘生理盐水稀释液经自制双套管持续负压冲洗引流的体会,认为肠瘘患者采用0.5%聚维酮碘生理盐水稀释液经双套管冲洗引流是控制感染、促进瘘口愈合的重要措施;做好置管前、中、后的护理对促进患者康复有重要意义。To summarize the effects of continuous negative pressure drainage using 0.5% iodophors via self-prepared double catheterization cannula in 11 intestinal fistula cases. This study indicated that it is an effective measure to use continuous negative pressure drainage via self-prepared double catheterization cannula to control infection and prompt recovery in the subjects with fistulae. And nursing care of preintubation.intubation and post-intubation plays an extremely important role in this management.
