摘　　要：2008年5月12日14点28分,四川省汶川县遭遇里氏8.0级特大地震。在同特大地震灾害的斗争中,全国人民展现出了万众一心、众志成城,不畏艰险、百折不挠,以人为本、尊重科学的伟大抗震救灾精神。这种精神既是中华民族优良传统的集中体现,又赋予了新的时代内涵。总结和发扬这种宝贵的精神财富,可以使中华的民族精神在危难中得到丰富和升华,为中华民族的伟大复兴提供不竭的动力。At 14：28 on May 12, 2008, a terrible earthquake at a scale of 8.0 on the Richter calculations struck Wenchuan County in Sichuan Province China. In the fight against this catastrophe, the whole nation and people demonstrated a kind of great spirit of unity, courage, ＂people first＂ and scientific thinking that characterized the May 12 earthquake relief effort. Summing up and carrying forward this valuable spiritual wealth can make our national spirit rich and sublime, which will provide an inexhaustible impetus for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
