苏北地区农民专业合作组织信贷影响因素分析

摘　　要：通过苏北地区已有农民专业合作组织发展情况和外部环境等特征,选取有代表性的18个农民专业合作组织,调查了从2005年到2007年这三年间的借贷数据和农民专业合作组织特征数据。通过对数据的定性和定量分析,得出如下结论:农民专业合作组织主要以非正规信贷为主,从农民专业合作组织角度来看,农民专业合作组织的固定资产规模、成立年限等都是农民专业合作组织获得信贷显著的影响因素。According to the character of the development of SCOF and their circumstances in five cities in North Jiangsu, the 18 representative SCOF＇s were randomly chosen in these five cities and the household credit data and the SCOF character data were gathered from 2005 to 2007. The major findings of the study are： SCOF mainly depended on the informal credit source; and from the perspective of SCOF, the size of fixed assets and the number of years of establishment are remarkable factors influencing SCOF for credit obtainment. Finally, advice is offered including increasing the supply of formal credit of SCOF, standardizing the rural non-formal finance, providing loan incentives for rural financial institutions.
