摘 要:当前我国食品安全存在诸多问题,就法律层面而言,主要表现为缺少食品安全基本法,现有处罚力度不够,监管体制存在结构性缺陷,食品安全标准体系不完善等。为有效应对食品安全危机,我们需要构建以《食品安全法》为核心的食品安全法律体系,加大处罚力度,重视处罚实效,创新食品安全监管模式,并完善食品安全相关体系与制度建设。At present there are many food safety problems in China. From the legal aspect, they mainly lie in the shortage of a basic law for food security, insufficient punishment, structural defect of the regulatory mode, and imperfect food safety standard system. To effectively deal with food safety crisis, we need to constitute a food safety legal system with Food Safety Law as its core, increase the punishment, pay attention to the actual effects of the punishment, innovate the regulatory mode of food safety and improve the construction of food-related systems.
