摘　　要：目的:观察改良FOLFOX4方案联合氟尿苷(FUDR)腹腔灌注化疗治疗胃印戒细胞癌伴腹腔转移的疗效。方法:回顾性分析8例胃印戒细胞癌伴腹腔转移患者采用改良FDLFOX4方案静脉化疗联合氟尿苷腹腔灌注化疗的临床资料。结果:8例患者均完成3次腹腔灌注化疗,静脉化疗6～10周期;7例患者完成全部治疗,获CR 1例,PR 6例;另1例患者在完成4周期化疗后出现病情进展改用其他治疗方案。结论:改良FOLFOX4方案联合氟尿苷腹腔灌注化疗治疗胃印戒细胞癌伴腹腔转移患者安全有效,值得进一步研究。Objective：To evaluate the effect of FOLFOX4 combined with intraperitoneal perfusion FUDR for gastric signet-ring cell carcinoma with metastasis tumor of abdomen. Methods：The clinical date of 8 patients with gastric signet-ring cell carcinoma with metastasis of abdomen was analyzed retrospectively. Results：All the patients finished three times intraperitoneal perfusion FUDR and chemotherapy of venoelysis for 6-10 cycles. Severn patients finished all the thetapy. Because of progress, 1 patient changed to other therapies after finished 4 cycles chemotherapy. Seven1 patients were evaluable for response, in which 1 achieved complete response （CR） and 6 partial response （PR）. Conclusion：That FOLFOX4 combined with intraperitoneal perfusion FUDR for gastric signet-ring cell carcinoma with metastasis of abdomen is safe and effective, and needs further study.
