摘  要:以膨润土制备的层柱黏土为载体,考察给酶量、固定化pH、温度和时间对固定化β-葡萄糖醛酸苷酶活性的影响,并对其操作稳定性进行研究。结果表明:给酶量为2 700 U/g,最适pH为3.6,固定化温度40℃,固定化60 m in条件下固定化酶催化活性较高;酶经固定化后其热稳定性及储存稳定性显著提高。Immobilization of β-glucuronidase on pillared interlayer clays (PILC) from bentonite was studied. The factors related with the activity of the immobilized β-glucuronidase on PILC, including the amount of β-glucuronidase,pH,temperature, and time of the immobilization reaction, were investigated. The results showed that the optimum conditions for immobilization were as follows :β-glucuronidase dosage was 2 700 U/g carrier, immobilizing for 60 min at 40℃ at pH 3.6. The temperature and the storage stability of the enzyme were obviously increased after the treatment.
