摘　　要：杨上善撰注的《黄帝内经太素》是现存《黄帝内经》最早注文,在系列的古籍中占有颇为重要的地位。该书原文最为近古,它比较完整地保存了《灵枢》、《素问》古貌,在考证《内经》之流传、演变及校勘诸多方面,价值连城,反映了唐以前的中医学术水平,足以"上阐前人之精微,下启后学之津逮"。Huangdi's Internal Classics Taisu explained by Yang Shangshan is the early explaining composition of Huangdi's Internal Classics.It has significant position in many ancient books.The original of Huangdi's Internal Classics is most approximating ancient.Its preserved Miraculous Pivot and Simple Question's ancient contents Integrity.It has invaluable in researching circulate,variation and editing of Huangdi's Internal Classics.The Taisu reflected Chinese medical science academic level before the Tang Dynasty.The Taisu explained predecessor's essential and started offspring's reaching.
