摘　　要：目的:观察脂肝汤治疗脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法:治疗组120例口服脂肝汤,对照组60例口服易善复胶囊,观察肝功能及血脂变化。结果:治疗组120例,有效率90.0%,对照组60例,有效率35.0%。结论:脂肝汤治疗脂肪肝的疗效明显,适宜临床推广运用。Objective ： to observe the clinical effect of decoction for adiposis hepatica to treat adiposis hepatica. Methods ： the treatment group was 120 cases treated with decoction for adiposis hepatica. The control group was 60 cases treated in Essentiale N/Essentiale Forte N capsules. The liver function and blood fat variation were observed. Results ： the effective power was 90.0% in the treatment and the 35.0% in the control. Conclusion ： the decoction for adiposis hepatica has the better function to treat adiposis hepatica and fit to clinical generalization application.
