乌三颗粒对晚期肺癌血气调理的观察

摘　　要：目的观察ICU晚期肺癌患者使用乌三颗粒后的血气变化。方法将研究对象分为两组，对照组口服六味补血颗粒安慰治疗，治疗组口服乌三颗粒治疗，观察患者的血气变化。结果治疗后治疗组的二氧化碳总量（PaCO2）、血氧饱和度（PaO2）改善情况优于对照组，具有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。碳酸氢根浓度（HCO3^-）改善情况较对照组无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论乌三颗粒可改善ICU晚期肺癌患者的血气状况。Objective To observe the changes of blood gas of ICU patients with advanced lung cancer after Wusankeli being used. Methods Enrolled patients were randomly recruited into a control group and a treatment group. The control group was given the placebo Liuweibuxuekeli and the treatment group was taken Wusanbuxuekeli orally. Results The treatment group had better blood gas improvement than the control group in terms of the improvement of total PaCO2 and PaO2. The difference showed a statistic significance （P〈0.05） . On the other hand, the concentration of HCO3-showed no obvious change comparing to the control group （P〉0.05） . Conclusion Wusankeli can regulate blood gas condition of patients with advanced lung cancer.
