增液汤加减联合左旋咪唑治疗复发性口腔溃疡65例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察增液汤加减联合左旋咪唑治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法将65例复发性口腔溃疡患者随机分为两组，对照组口服左旋咪唑治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加用增液汤加减治疗，观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗组临床疗效明显改善，优于对照组，二者相比有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论采用增液汤加减联合左旋咪唑治疗复发性口腔溃疡，疗效优于单纯应用西药左旋咪唑。Objective To observe clinical effect of treating recurrent oral ulcer with modified Zcngye decoction combined with levamisole. Methods 65 patients with recurrent oral ulcer were randomly recurited into a control group and a treatment group. The control group was treated with levamisole, and the treatment group was treated with modified zengye decoction plus levamisole. The therapeutic effects of both groups were observed. Results The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of treating recurrent oral ulcer with levamisole combined with modified Zcngye decoction has better effect than using levamisole alone.
