摘 要:针对永磁同步电动机在他控式变频调速运行方式下的失步和效率问题,通过对功角特性及稳定性分析,提出了一种功角闭环控制策略并详细阐述了该控制策略的理论依据。针对被控对象特性参数随负载变化的问题,设计了分段式PID参数模糊自整定控制器,系统实时检测电机运行功角并将功角控制在某理想值附近。为了验证方案的可行性,设计了具体的实验系统。实验结果表明,该控制策略响应速度快、无超调,系统运行稳定,无转速振荡,有效地解决了永磁同步电动机失步和运行效率问题,同时证明了该控制策略的正确性和有效性。In the operation mode of open loop V/F control, permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) had the problem of out-of-step and low efficiency. In view of this problem, under the analysis of power-angle characteristics and stability ,a power-angle closed-loop control strategy was proposed and its theoretical basis was presented in detail. The piecewise fuzzy self-tuning PID controller was designed for the problem that the parameters of controlled objects change with the load. The system detected the operating power-angle of motor in time and controls power-angle in the vicinity of certain ideal value. A concrete experiment system was designed to verify the feasibility of the strategy. The final experimental results showed that the control strategy had fast response without over-regulation and the system operated steadily without speed oscillation. Therefore, the problem of out-of-step and low efficiency in the PMSM was effectively solved. Meanwhile the validity and effectiveness were proved.
