摘  要:介绍提高溴氯化石蜡(SBC)热稳定性的微胶囊包覆法,研究了各种囊衣材料和配比对SBC热稳定性的影响。结果表明,采用蜜胺改性尿醛树脂囊衣能使SBC-2050的热分解温度由185℃提高到220℃,SBC-3540的热分解温度由175℃提高到210℃,囊衣材料的最佳配比经正交试验得到尿素和蜜胺的重量比为1,蜜胺和甲醛、尿素和甲醛的摩尔比分别为1.6和1.2,明胶的质量分数0.3%。包覆时囊衣材料的用量一般为质量分数15%。The improvement of heat stability of flame retardant SBC by microencapsulation was introduced,and the effects of different coating materials of the microencapsulation and composition ratio on the heat stability of SBC were studied.The results showed when melamine modified carbamide resin was used for the coating of the microencapsulation,the thermal decomposition temperature of SBC-2050 increased from 180℃ to 220℃,and that of SBC-3540 from 175℃ to 210℃.In the optimum composition ratio of the coating resulted from an orthogonal experimeut the weight ratio of urea to melamine was 1,the molar ratio of melamine to formaldehyde and that of urea to formaldehyde were 1.6 and 1.2 respectively,the mass fraction of gelatin was 0.3%,and that of coating material was used to be 15%
