摘　　要：机器视觉测量在试验机和材料硬度分析领域拥有着越来越广泛的应用。本文详尽地结合工程实践阐述了利用S3C2440处理器、OV7620摄像头、液晶显示器所构成的机器视觉测量系统。结合实际情况提出了对主体图像自动识别和边缘测量的算法流程,并针对每一步骤的实现环节进行了详尽地分析介绍,最后给出了结果。The machine vision has more and more applications in the testing machine domain and the materail hardness degree survey. The paper elaborated in detail survey platform which is composes of S3C2440 processor, OV7620 camera and TFT. Accroding to the actual situation the paper proposed the algorithm which can diagnosis the main body image and measure its edge automatically. Each step been made analysis and intruduction. At last the concrete result has been given.
