摘 要:目的研究β-环糊精(β-CD)包合肉豆蔻挥发油的最佳工艺。方法以挥发油包合率、包合物收率为指标,对研磨法、超声法和饱和水溶液法进行比较试验。采用正交设计法优选饱和水溶液法对肉豆蔻挥发油β-CD包合的最佳工艺条件。结果优选出的最佳包合工艺为肉豆蔻挥发油:β-CD(1:6)、包合温度60℃、包合时间1h。结论确定了肉豆蔻挥发油的β-CD包合最佳工艺,为包合物制剂学研究和质量控制提供依据。Objective To optimize the processing conditions for the inclusion of Semen Myristicae oil by β- cyelodextrin(β- CD). Methods Selecting the inclusion rate and the yield of inclusion compounds as the control indexes, to make a comparative test with the methods of trituration method, ultrasound method and saturarated water solution method. The orthogonal test was used to select the best inclusion prepa- ration condition. Results The optimized preparation technology for inclusion compound was volatile oil: β- CD(1:6), with the inclusion temperature of 60℃ and the inclusion time of l h. Conclusion The optimum β- CD inclusion technology for volatile oil from Semen Myristicae is established and provides the basis for the study of inclusion preparation and quality control.
