成都市医院输血治疗情况现状研究

摘　　要：[目的]分析成都市医院输血治疗病案及临床医生、护士输血相关知识掌握现状,探讨进一步加强管理的措施。[方法]随机在43家医院中抽取输血治疗病案358份并对临床医护人员进行输血相关知识进行访谈,临床专家分析病案后运用χ2检验分析结果。[结果]医护人员对输血知识和输血相关知识掌握不够;病案存在非合理用血、记录缺失、填写不完整、时间顺序冲突等缺陷,三级医院和二级医院在个别项目上存在差异,内外科在病案规范填写上存在差异。[结论]医护人员输血知识和输血技能掌握有待提高,输血风险意识有待加强;个别医院应增加对病案管理的重视程度。[Objectives] To analyze the current situation of the medical records related blood transfusion and the knowledge related blood transfusion among clinicians and nurses, investigate the measure of strengthening management. [ Methods ] We used the method of random sampling to investigate 358 the medical records and interview clinical staff about the knowledge related blood transfusion from 43 hospitals. The resuhs were analyzed by the clinical experts first and then analyzed by x^2 test. [ Results] Clinical staff had a poor knowledge of blood transfusion. The survey found that there Were some defects such as unreasonable use of blood, loss of record, incomplete filling, disorder of time sequence in the medical records related to blood transfusion. There was a significant difference between hospitals in Grade three and hospitals in Grade two in some items. There was a significant difference between surgery and medical department in standard of the medical record. [Conclusion] The staff should improve their knowledge of blood transfusion, change their attitude about the risks of blood transfusion. And some hospitals should strength management on the medical records.
