摘　　要：目的研究p27KIP1和Ki-67抗原在乳腺癌中的表达及其关系。方法应用免疫组化SP法对56例乳腺癌中p27KIP1和Ki-67的表达情况进行观察。结果p27KIP1的高表达率为41.1%(23/56),低表达率为58.9%(33/56),Ki-67的高表达率为66.1%(37/56),低表达率为33.9%(19/56),p27KIP1蛋白与Ki-67的表达间存在着负性相关(P<0.05)。结论p27KIP1、Ki-67的异常表达在乳腺癌发生发展过程中起重要作用,癌细胞增殖活性的改变直接与肿瘤的恶性程度有关。Objective To explore the expression of p27^KIP1and Ki - 67 and their significance in breast cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical SP was used to investigate the expression of p27^KIP1 and Ki - 67 in 56 cases with breast cancer. Results The high expression rate of p27^KIP1 was 41.1% （23/56）, while the low expression rate of p27^KIP1 was 58.9% （33/56）. The high expression rate of Ki - 67 was 66.1% （37/56）, while the low expression rate of Ki - 67 was 33.9 % （ 19/ 56）. Significant negative correlation was observed between p27^KIP1 protein and Ki- 67 expression （P〈 0.05）. Conclusions Aberrant expression of p27^KIP1 and Ki-67 play a very important role in pathogenesis and development of breast cancer, and the changes of proliferative activity of cancer cells are directly related to the degree of malignant tumors.
