摘 要:目的研究空气中微量过氧乙酸残留量检测方法及其影响因素。方法室内空气先用过氧乙酸喷洒消毒,空气微量过氧乙酸用吸收法进行采样并进行浓度测定。结果该方法检测下限为3.8mg/L,采样10min,流量为1L/min和采样20min,流量为1L/min的最低检测浓度分别为3.8和1.9mg/m3。平行样变异系数为1.21%~4.53%。回收率为94.15%~104.18%。采样吸收效率>90%。结论该改良方法适用于室内空气消毒中微量过氧乙酸测定;因过氧乙酸极不稳定,测定空气过氧乙酸须现场进行。Objective To modify the detection method for the trace peracetic acid residue level in indoor air, and to investigate the influence factors relating to the method. Methods Indoor air was disinfected by spraying peracetic acid. The air samples were collected by the absorption method and the levels of trace peracetic acid of the samples were measured. Results The lower detection limit of this method was 3.8 mg/L. When the flux of 1 L/min with either the sampling times of 10 min or 20 min, the minimum detection limits were 3.8 mg/m^3 and 1.9 mg/m^3 , respectively. The range of the variation coefficient of duplicate sample was from 1.21% to 4.53 %. The recovery rate fluctuated from 94.15 % to 104.18 %. The absorbed efficiency of sampling was more than 90 %. Conclusions The modified method is applicable to the measurement of the residue level of trace peracetic acid of indoor air disinfection sample. However, the modified method should be performed at the spots because of the unstable character of peracetic acid in indoor air.
