摘  要:采用正交试验法对微生物絮凝剂产生菌Bacillus subtilisB-3的发酵培养基进行优化.通过对实验结果的统计学分析,得到培养基最佳C源、N源、无机盐质量浓度比为10∶5∶1.在此基础上,对发酵条件进行优化,结果表明:该菌产絮凝剂的最佳培养温度为35℃,初始pH为8.0,转速为200 r/min,培养时间为16 h.用絮凝剂处理不同来源的污水,实验表明,该絮凝剂对南京炼油厂污水、校园生活污水以及南京金川河内污水均具有较好絮凝效果.Using orthogonal experiments, the fermentation medium and cultivation conditions of Bacillus subtilis B-3 were investigated. From the statistical analysis of experimental results, the best mass concentration ratio of carbon resource, nitrogen resource, and inorganic salt was 10: 5: 1. Based on the result, single factor analysis method was used, the optimum cultural conditions were as follows: initial pH value 8.0, temperature 35 ℃, rotated speed 200 r/min, culture period 16 hours. The flocculant presented a good flocculanting effect on the wastewater of refinery, campus and river. The flocculating effects of the flocculants produced by Bacillus subtilis B-3 on the wastewater were studied. The results showed that the flocculent character on the wastewater of refinery, campus and river was obvious.
