内镜下微波治疗胃黏膜脱垂症122例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨内镜微波治疗胃黏膜脱垂症的临床疗效及价值,评价其安全性。方法对122例胃黏膜垂症患者行内镜下微波电凝灼除治疗。结果122例中临床症状消失96例,明显减轻16例,有效率92%。术中、术后均无出血、穿孔、疤痕等,术后4周胃镜复查,被灼除部位有轻度浅溃疡者12例,经抑酸抗疡治疗2周愈合。结论微波治疗胃黏膜脱垂症疗效确切,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the chinical efficacy and safety of micowave therapy guided by gastroscope in treatment of prolapse of gastric mucosa. Methods 122 cases of prolapse of gastric mucosa performed of electric coagulation and cauterization through micowave guided by gastroscope. Results 122 cases of prolapse of gastric mucosa, 96 cured and 16 improved. The effective rate was 92%. There was no he morrhage,perforation and scar occurred.Follewed-up 4 weeks, 12 cases had mildulcer, which healed after 2 weeks through inhibiting gastric acid. Conclusion micowave therapy is effective and safe in treatment of prolapse of gastric mucosa. The technique should be recommended.
