CyclinE和p27在乳腺癌中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨CyclinE和p27在乳腺癌中表达情况及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测49例乳腺浸润性导管癌(invasive ductal carcinoma,IDC)、18例乳腺导管内癌(ductal carcinoma in situ,DCIS)、18例正常乳腺组织中CyclinE和p27蛋白的表达情况。结果(1)在IDC、DCIS和正常乳腺组织中CyclinE的阳性率分别是71.4%、44.4%、11.1%,p27的阳性率分别是30.6%、61.1%、88.9%。(2)CyclinE和p27的阳性表达率在IDC、DCIS和正常乳腺组织之间、腋窝淋巴结有无转移之间差异均有显著性(P<0.05,P<0.01)。二者的阳性表达率与IDC组织学分级关系不密切(P>0.05)。(3)CyclinE和p27之间阳性表达率呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论CyclinE和p27表达异常可能在乳腺癌的发生、发展中具有重要的作用。联合检测CyclinE和p27蛋白对预测乳腺癌淋巴结转移有重要意义。Objective. To investigate the expression and significance of CyclinE and p27 in breast carcinomas. Methods： 49 invasive ductal carcinoma（IDC）, 18 ductal carcinoma in situ（DCIS）, and 18 normal breast tissues were respectively detected by imrnunohistochemistry SP methods for CyclinE and p27 protein analysis. Result： （1）Positive rates of CyclinE in IDC, DCIS, and normal breast tissues were 71.4%, 44.4%, 11.1% respectively. Positive rates of p27 were 30.6%, 61.1%, 88.9% respectively. （2）The expression of CyclinE and p27 between IDC and breast different tissues, and axilliaris lymph node metastasis had significant difference（P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. The expression of CyclinE and p27 in breast carcinomas did not correlate with histological grading（P〉0.05）. （3）There was a negative correlation between the expression of CyclinE and p27 in breast IDC（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Abnormal expression of CyclinE and p27 may play an important role in initiation and development of breast carcinomas. The combined detection of CyclinE and p27 has positive effects on predicting lymph node metastasis in breast carcinoma.
