摘 要:目的:本研究通过体外抑菌和体内试验,评价西帕依固龈液对口腔主要致臭菌抑菌作用及体内防治半胱氨酸激发性口臭的效果,为其进一步在临床应用提供依据。方法:采用琼脂稀释法,测定西帕依固龈液对牙龈卟啉单胞菌(Pg)、中间普雷沃菌(Pi)、具核梭杆菌(Fn)的最低抑菌浓度(MIC);对10例志愿者采用自身前后对照试验,观察四种干预措施(无干预、清水、西帕依固龈液、口泰)对半胱氨酸激发性口臭的最大值水平、各时间点下降百分比及口气值的下降曲线的影响,评价西帕依固龈液防治口臭的效果。结果:西帕依同龈液对Pg、Fn的MIC是的1mg/mL,对Pi的MIC是0.5 mg/mL;西帕依固龈液对半胱氨酸激发的口臭试验亦有显著的防治效果。结论:西帕依固龈液对口腔主要致臭菌具有明显的抑制作用,可以有效抑制半胱氨酸激发的口臭。Objective:The aim of the present study was to investigate the effects of Xipayiguyinye on oral bacteria and oral malodour in vitro and in vivo. It will provide references for the chnical application of Xipayiguyinye. Methods: The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) of Xipayiguyiy on P. gingivalis,P, intermedia and F. nucleatum was observed by agar dilution in vitro. Also,the effects of Xipayiguyinye on oral malodour challenged by cysteine was investigated on 10 volunteers in vivo. Results: It showed in this study the MIC of Xipayiguyiy for Pg and Fn was lmg/mL,and for Pi was 0.5mg/mL. It was also found the Xipayiguyinye achieved significant effects on oraI malodour challenged by cysteinc. Conclusions: It can be concluded from this study that Xipayiguyinye has significant bacteriostasis on P. gingivalis, P. intermedia and F nucleatum in vitro. It could decrease the oral malodour challenged by eysteine in vivo.
