摘　　要：高校后勤集团具有与企业相似的特征,在管理上与企业具有相通之处,运用于经济学领域的海豚式管理中的领导风格、组织特征和文化特征对高校后勤管理具有借鉴意义。A university logistics group is similar to an enterprise and has similar management method for an enterprise. The leading style, organization characteristics and cultural characteristics of dolphin-style management in economic field are of great significance to university logistics management.
