摘　　要：目的回顾性分析艾迪注射液配合放化疗治疗恶性肿瘤的近期疗效和不良反应。方法选取同期住院的肿瘤患者76例,分为治疗组39例和对照组37例。2组均采用放化疗综合治疗,治疗组在常规放化疗的基础上予艾迪注射液。并进行疗效、毒副作用及生活质量评定。结果治疗组不良反应发生率比对照组低(P<0.05),生活质量改善优于对照组(P<0.01),但2组疗效比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论配合艾迪注射液虽未能提高放化疗的近期疗效,但能明显减轻放化疗的不良反应,提高患者生存质量。Objective It is to observe the clinical curative effect and side effects of treating malignant tumor by radiochemotherapy combined with Aidi injection. Methods 76 cases of malignant tumor hospitalized at the same period were divided into treatment group （39 cases） and control group （37 cases）. Both groups accepted radioehemotherapy, but in addition, treatment group was also treated with Aidi injection. The curative effect, side effects and life quality of all patients were evaluated. Results The incidence of side effects in treatment group was lower than that in control group（ P 〈 0. 05）, the life quality of treatment group was also better than that of control group （P〈 0.01 ）, but there was no statistical difference in clinical curative effect between both groups （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The combined use of Aidi injection can not improve short-term curative effect of radiochemotherapy; but it can obviously alleviate side effects caused by radiochemotherapy, and elevate life quality of patients.
