摘　　要：随着社会经济的发展,人才竞争程度加剧,对高职院校毕业生的要求也越来越高,除去其专业知识和技能外,具备良好的心理素质和文化修养尤显重要。职业技术教育,要改变那种单纯注重知识传授、技能培养的教育观念,兼顾"专业"与"教养",注重科学技术素质和人文素质的统一。因此,必须加强人文精神和科学精神教育,把人文教育和科学精神有机融合,培养学生的核心竞争力。With the development of social economy, the talents competition is heating up and the demand on the vocational college graduates has grown more and more imperative. Besides the professional knowledge and skills, good psychological quality and cultural refinement are especially important. Vocational and technological education should change the educational concept of simply putting emphasis on knowledge and skills. Profession and culture should also be given attention to and scientific and technological qualities and humanistic qualities should be united. Therefore, humanistic spirit and scientific spirit education should be intensified and balanced so as to cultivate students＇ core competitiveness.
