埃兹蛋白(ezrin)在肝癌中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的研究埃兹蛋白(ezrin)在正常肝、肝硬化组织及肝细胞癌(HCC)的表达情况,并探讨其表达与肝细胞癌侵袭转移的关系及其临床意义。方法用免疫组织化学SP法检测45例肝癌组织、23例癌旁肝硬化组织、12例正常肝组织中ezrin的表达,分析ezrin与肝癌临床病理因素之间关系。结果12例正常肝组织及23例肝硬化组织中未见ezrin表达,而在45例肝癌组织中ezrin阳性表达率为61.3%(27/45),两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且ezrin表达与肝癌分化程度、肿瘤有无转移相关(P<0.05)。与患者年龄、性别、肝癌大小无相关性(P>0.05)。结论ezrin表达与肝癌的转移及恶性程度有关,有助于预后判断及治疗方法选择,ezrin表达是反映肝癌生物学行为的有价值指标。[Objective] To determine the expression of ezrin （a member of ERM family） in hepatoceUular carcinoma （HCC） and investigate the relationship between ezrin expression and invesion of hepatocellular carcinoma. [Methods] Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of ezrin in 45 cases of hepatoceUular carcinoma （HCC） and 23 cases of para-cancerous tissue and 1：2 cases of normal hepatocellular tissue to analyze relationship between their expression and various clinic pathologic factors of hepatocellular carcinoma. [ Result] None of the normal intestinal tissues and para-cancerous tissue were ezrin positive. In 45 hepatocellular carcinoma specimens, the positive expression rate of ezrin was 61.3% （27/45）. Ezrin expression correlated with the degree of tomor differentiation and tumor metastasis （P 〈0.05）. But not related to some clinic pathological characteristics such as the age, sex and size. [Conclusions] The expression of ezrin in tumor tissue may be a new marker of the biological behavior of hepatocellular carcinoma.
