摘  要:普通镍钴合金电铸层硬度低、应力大、表面粗糙,严重影响了其成品率及质量。研究了添加光亮剂(糖精和1,4-丁炔二醇)对镍钴合金电铸层微观结构、应力以及硬度的影响。结果表明:随着糖精含量的增加,铸层的拉应力逐渐减小,最终转变为压应力,硬度随之增大;随着1,4-丁炔二醇含量的增加,铸层的拉应力越来越大,硬度也随之增大;添加剂使铸层晶粒更加细致、表面更加平滑。基础电铸液中加入0.06~0.08g/L糖精,0.10~0.20 g/L1,4-丁炔二醇,在pH值4~5,温度50~60℃,电镀90 min下可以获得低应力、高硬度、全光亮及结晶细致的镍钴合金电铸层(含10%~15%钴)。Common electroformed Ni-Co alloy coating has low hardness, high stress and rough surface, which is harmful to its quality and application. Thus brighteners saccharin and 1,4- butynediol were introduced in conventional solution for Ni-Co alloy electroforming, aiming at improving the microstruc-ture, decreasing the internal stress, and increasing hardness of e-lectroformed Ni - Co alloy coating. It was found that the tensile stress of electroformed Ni - Co coating was continuously reduced with increasing concentration of saccharin as a brightener, and it was finally transformed to eompressive stress at a high enough ad-ditive concentration, accompanied by increase of the hardness of the coating therewith. At the same time, the tensile stress and hardness of the electroformed Ni - Co alloy coating were continu-ously increased with increasing content of 1 , 4 - butynediol as a brightener. Besides, the brighteners were effective in refining the grains of the coating and improving its appearance as well. It was suggested to introduce saccharin and 1,4- butynediol into regular solution for Ni - Co electroforming at a concentration of 0. 06 -0.08 g/L and 0. 10~0.20 g/L, respectively, the resulting Ni-Co coating had weak stress and high hardness, and was bright and composed of fine grains.
