摘　　要：给出了加法幂等半环上的幂零矩阵的传递闭包与简化的一些性质,证明加法剩余半环上幂零矩阵的传递闭包与它的简化的传递闭包相等.Some properties of the transitive closure and the reduction of the nilpotent matrices over an additively idempotent semiring are given. And it is proved that the transitive closure of a nilpotent matrix is the same as that of its reduction over an additively residuated semiring.
