摘　　要：着眼知识经济和信息社会的发展,分析高校图书馆员职业生涯中的诸多困境,论述获取相应的职业回报,不仅需要提高自身职业水准,而且需要图书馆客观外在条件的支持以及图书馆事业的持续发展。Based on the present development of knowledge economy and information society, the paper discusses various difficulties of university librarians in their professional career, and puts forward that, for university librarians to obtain relevant repay, not only university librarians shall improve their professional level, external conditions of library and library＇ s constant development shall also be needed.
