摘　　要：借鉴Chesbrough提出的开放式创新模式,介绍了中国企业开放式创新的实践。认为开放式创新模式能减小创新技术和市场的不确定性,在开放创新体系下,技术创新将吸纳更多的创新要素,形成以创新利益相关者为基准的多主体创新模式。通过浙江海正药业有限公司开放式自主创新的案例,解析企业如何在密集的内部研发基础上,借助外力,通过有效的创新管理和内外创新资源整合提升创新能力。The open innovation paradigm brought forward by Henry Chesbrough offers a new way of thinking and managing about innovation. This paper introduces the practice of open innovation in Chinese firms. This paper considers that open innovation can reduce the uncertainty of technology and market. In the open innovation paradigm technological innovations are based on multi-beneficiaries. The paper uses the experiences of improving indigenous innovation capabilities through the open innovation mode in Hisun pharmaceutical firms. The ease shows that firms can strengthen their technological innovation capabilities through using external resources based on intensive internal R＆D activities.
