摘　　要：在分析国内外供应商绩效评价相关理论研究及应用现状的基础上,提出山东莱钢集团设备供应商评价体系的设计原则,并以此为依据设计了相应的选择模型。根据设备供应商选择评价影响因素,总结出设备供应商评价标准,建立了基于企业的设备供应商选择评价指标体系,为我国钢铁企业更好地评价和选择设备供应商提供一定的理论支持和现实参考。Based on an analysis of the performance appraisal theories and current application situation at home and abroad, this paper puts forward the design principles of the evaluation system concerning the equipment suppliers for Laiwu Steel, and presents certain design of the relevant selected model based on the principle given. According to the influencing factors in the performance appraisal of the suppliers, the criterion for the e- valuation is summed up. As a result, an enterprise-based performance appraisal system is constructed in the hope of providing theoretical support and practical reference for the domestic iron and steel enterprises to make a better evaluation and selection of their equipment suppliers.
