摘　　要：学生社团是广大同学依照共同的兴趣、爱好自发组成的群众性业余学生组织,在人才培养方面发挥着独特的作用。社团工作要坚持党的领导,重视指导教师的重要作用,抓好社团骨干建设,加强社团活动的管理和监督,切实提升高校学生社团管理的层次和水平,促进学生社团的健康持续发展。College students＇ associations are students＇ self-formed organizations according to their common interests and hobbies and they play a unique role in talent training. We should uphold the Party＇s leadership, attach importance to the role of instructors and students＇ leaders and strengthen the management and supervision, so as to promote the management and the development of the associations.
