摘　　要："3+1"教学模式就是充分利用学校和国家乳品中心双方办学的优势,使乳品工程专业的学生能够适应乳品企业发展的需要,在乳品技能方面能获得乳品工程师的基本训练,工作后尽快成为乳品科学与工程领域的工程技术人才。实施的这种人才培养模式从根本上创新现有的人才培养体制,为东北老工业基地提供了实用性较强的人才动力和智力支撑。The talents innovative experiment ＂3 ＋ 1＂ mode of dairy engineering specialty can adequately use the resource advantage of both State Dairy Engineering Center and Food Science College, and make the students of dairy engineering specialty adapt the developing requirement of dairy company. The students are able to acquire basic education and training about dairy engineer in processing skills, which makes them become skilled talented persons in the dairy science and engineering field. The ＂3 ＋ 1＂ mode fundamentally innovates the system of the talent cultivation, which provides much practical motivation and wide intelligence capacity for the old northeast industrial area.
