摘　　要：大型仪器设备使用效益是各级管理部门始终关注的问题,直接关系到国家对高等学校的投资效益。剖析了目前高等学校大型仪器设备使用和管理中存在的问题,并结合工作实际,阐述了北京大学通过统筹规划、科学论证、机制创新、开放共用等途径,着力提高大型仪器设备使用效益的探索与实践过程。The utilization efficiency of valuable and advanced instrument and equipment is significant in the equipment management in colleges and universities and also is an important parameter to reflect the investment efficiency of the government. In this paper, the problems in the management of valuable and advanced instrument and equipment were aria- lyzed thoroughly, and the measures concerning the equipment overall planning, scientific argumentation, instrument sharing and mechanism innovation were discussed in detail .
