摘  要:针对马钢120t转炉在冶炼低碳钢和超低碳钢采用留渣操作法时,兑铁易发生大喷、开吹不易起燃、吹炼过程多发喷溅、炉底上涨等主要问题,采取相应的措施,取得了显著成效。A few problems occur such as slopping in the process of hot metal charging, difficulty of igniting the steel bath at the initial blow, frequent slopping and slag accumulation on the converter bottom during the whole process of oxygen blowing when the slag-remaining practice is adopted in making low carbon and ultra low carbon steels at the 120t combined blown converter in Masteel. To solve those problems technological measures have been taken and effective results achieved accordingly.
