摘 要:目的探讨卵巢颗粒细胞瘤中增殖细胞相关核抗原(Ki67)和FOXL2的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化EnVi-sion二步法检测Ki67和FOXL2在37例卵巢颗粒细胞瘤中的表达,并分析与临床病理参数的关系。结果随临床分期升高卵巢颗粒细胞瘤组织中Ki67和FOXL2表达水平均升高(P<0.05),核分裂相≥3/HPF组中的表达明显高于核分裂相<3/HPF组(P<0.05);在复发组中Ki67表达高于原发组(P<0.05);在成年型卵巢颗粒细胞瘤中弥漫型组的Ki67和FOXL2表达高于滤泡型组(P<0.05)。结论Ki67和FOXL2可以作为卵巢颗粒细胞瘤的辅助诊断指标,测定它们的表达可为诊断及判断预后提供理论依据。Objective To explore the expression of Ki67 and FOXL2 in human ovarian granulosa cell tumors(GCT)and its clinical significance. Methods The expression of proliferation cell nuclear antigen Ki67 and FOXL2 was measured in 37 cases of ovarian granulosa cell tumors by immunohistochemical method. Results The expression of Ki67 and FOXL2 gradually increased in clinical stageⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ.The expression of Ki67 and FOXL2 in human ovarian granulosa cell tumors with karyokinesis≥3/HPF was higher than that with karyokinesis〈3/HPF.The expression of Ki67 in recurrent cases was higher than that in primary cases(P〈0.05).The expression of Ki67 and FOXL2 in diffuse pattern of adult granulosa cell tumors was significantly higher than in follicular pattern. Conclusion Ki67 and FOXL2 can be served as subsidiary tumor markers,and their expression can provide a theoretical basis for diagnosis and prediction of ovarian GCT.
