摘　　要：随着高校办学规模的不断扩大和高校毕业生就业形式的日趋多元化,高校毕业生流动党员数量逐年增多。建立高校毕业生流动党员教育管理的长效机制意义重大。本文对高校毕业生流动党员教育管理的现状进行了分析,提出了加强毕业生流动党员教育管理的应对之策。With the continuous expansion of the college instructional scales and the serious diversification of university graduates employment, the number of floating Party members in university graduates was increasing year by year. The establishment of a long-term education and management mechanism for floating Party members in university graduates was of great significance. Based on the analysis of the present situation, some countermeasures were put forward in order to strengthen the education and management of floating Party members in university graduates.
