摘 要:目的:探讨脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)、脑电图(EEG)检测在儿童孤独症患者中的作用。方法:对42例确诊为儿童孤独症作BAEP、EEG检测并进行分析。结果:本组42例儿童孤独症中,BAEP异常27例(64%),EEG异常13例(31%)。BAEP与EEG两者的异常率比较,经χ2检验,P<0.01。结论:研究发现虽然BAEP异常率和EEG的异常率有显著差异,但可以说有部分儿童孤独症存在BAEP、EEG异常是无可置疑的,提示皮层下(包括脑干、丘脑)和相关皮层功能受损的可能,可能与孤独症本身的特性有关,对临床诊断有帮助。Objective: To discuss the roles of brainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEP) and electroencephalogram (EEG) testing in patient with autistic disorder. Methods: BEAP and EEG were examined and analyzed in 42 cases with AD. Results: in 42 cases with AD, the abnormal rate of BEAP is 64% , the abnormal rate of EEG is 31%. The abnormal rate of BEAP between EEG was copared by χ^2 test, the result is P 〈0. 01. Conclusion: Although the difference of abnormal rate of BEAP between EEG is obvious, it is undoubted that there is the abnormality in BAEP and EEG of some patients with AD, suggesting the possibility of functional damage from spinal cord to brain stem and codex. It may be related to the characteristic of AD. That helps the clinical diagnosis.
